I really appreciated how close I was to Allan Witt Park, which made for a lovely afternoon stroll, and with so many restaurants just a few steps away, enjoying a variety of meals was super easy during my stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making my experience even better. but I think the hotel could use some more attention to cleanliness in shared spaces.

I recently stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the newly remodeled room and the clean bathroom. However, the strong smell in my non-smoking room was quite off-putting. I might consider coming back.

The location left much to be desired, but the newly remodeled rooms were indeed a pleasant surprise. Comfort was a plus, with nice beds and pillows, yet the service was frustratingly slow. I appreciate that the hotel was clean. however, the noise from unruly guests made it hard to relax. Proceed with caution!

Noticed a few issues that could use improvement. Arriving late meant dealing with a dark reception area, which threw me off. Also, I found the non-smoking room had traces of smoke smell, and the bathroom sink had some drainage problems, leading to an unexpected paddle on the floor. Additionally, the pressure for late check-out felt out of place. I’ve never had to push so hard for that. It’s not a luxury stay, so don’t expect amenities beyond the basics here.

Consider confirming your reservation details with the front desk if you're checking in late, as communication may not be seamless between shifts.

We stayed here with our baby and loved the nearby Jelly Belly factory tour. It was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family. The location allowed us easy access to various attractions while ensuring a peaceful stay. A great experience overall.
